Reality check

The equation is simple. Eat less + move more = weight loss. Easy, right? When you have the time to do it.

I’ve been averaging 2-3 hrs of exercise each day since I started my little sojourn and have shed a few kilos in the process – whoop!

But reality hit with a thud today when, before my final run up to the Peak, I ducked into H&M for a little bit of bikini shopping. Baw baow. Mental note to self: Never shop in a city that caters for petit Asian women. It will only disappoint!

On the upside, it was further motivation to smash the stairs on the Peak for the last time. Six days to go till the marathon! Please start sending you iTunes suggestions!!

    iTunes suggeston- has to be Pure Massacre, silverchair. Quite slow to start with, but once the guitar kicks in, all hell breaks loose! And it will remind you of year 9, good times.
